Payment is up-front on orders under $49.99, and orders more than $50 will be half up-front; the remaining half must be sent 24 hours after the sketch has been finalized by the client.

The client may use the commissioned work as they see fit, so long as it is not for means of producing merch with the intent of selling it as product; "product" may refer to clothing items, cups, lanyards, badges, or wall decoration.

Full refunds will be done only if the sketch has not been finished or started. Otherwise, only partial refunds are available and will vary depending on the amount of work the artist has already done.

The artist retains all rights to the artwork. The artist, however, does not retain rights to a custom character design. Full ownership to do whatever the client wants with a commissioned design is granted upon payment being sent in full.

I do not consent to my work, commissioned or otherwise, to be used in generative AI algorithms, nor do I consent to my work being sold as a Non-Fungible Token ("NFT").

The artist retains the right to decline an inquiry and or cancel an order if the client shows any form of hostility, impatience, or lack of common sense.

Clients can expect turn-around times to vary greatly. 3-4 weeks is the minimum, but it may easily become 2-3 months for more hefty orders, taking into account potential real life happenings, and orders that may have come before them.

Should anything happen and the artist is no longer able to complete a commission, the client will be fully refunded regardless of the amount of work already completed.

I will draw a wide variety of characters but primarily specialize in dragons and other quadruped monsters. Canines, felines, and avians are by no means my strongsuite or "comfort zone". I am willing to try if the price is right, though, so please inquire and ask questions directly.

I do not draw humans or humanoids, however. Despite having drawn human-faced characters before, I am just not comfortable offering them as a commission option at the time being.

Content I will draw includes gore, tasteful nudity, and non-explicit suggestive content. Characters must be anthro/furry in the case of suggestive artwork and tasteful nudity.

For gore, I will not do anything too extreme for my own mental health and comfortability; "extreme" gore may include guts, exposed bones, and or dismemberment. I will not do guro (sexualized gore art). Do not ask.

I will not draw animal genitalia (which includes sheaths) or feral animals in provocative scenarios and you will be blocked if you ask about it or, have or interact with such content.

Please inquire about specific kinds of content not mentioned here. I am a generally understanding person, so as long as it's not fetish/sexual in nature I may be willing.
