I reserve the right to decline service for any reason. If payment has been received prior to declination, the client will receive a refund depending on how much (if any) work has already been done.Clients must remain patient and understanding. Please keep in mind I am not a machine and am not going to be working on art 24/7. I will not take kindly to being rushed.I gauge refunds on how much work has already been done. If I am only just finishing a sketch and you decide you want to cancel the order, you will be refunded 75% of what you paid. However, if I am on or past the coloring stage, you will only get a 25% refund.Interaction is to be purely professional during the commission process. This is to say, acting like I'm your friend (or worse, romantic/sexual partner) when I'm not, will warrant an immediate cancelation and blacklist from all future sales. Don't be a parasocial pest in my DMs.Last but most importantly, payment is to be sent within 24 hours of acceptance of the commission. Payment is in full upfront on orders under $49, and orders over $50 can be paid with a 25% deposit & the remaining 75% after a sketch/proof of concept is finalized by the client.

Only the client may use the artist's work as profile picture, banner, desktop background, and anything that fits under "non commercial" criteria (such as selling merchandize).I as the artist only retain the rights to the art & may use it to advertise open commission slots in online posts. The artist in no way claims to own or have rights to the character in the artwork, especially in the case of custom designs where full ownership of that design is transferred to the paying client upon completion.My art may not under any circumstance be used as fuel for generative AI algorithms, NFT/Crypto sales, or anything similar.I do not consent to my work being used to make and sell commercial items like hoodies or t-shirts; otherwise would have to be extensively discussed with the paying client.The commissioner may not alter or edit my work, nor use it as a base if that is not it's intended purpose. Not applicable if the "edits" are just cropping the original image or applying a pre-made filter.

Average wait-time is roughly 2 weeks to a month, or longer for more complex orders (i.e multi-character pieces, anything with shading, and full-body work).

If commissioning me for a reference of a pre-existing character, you must provide high quality images of that character. Blurry, grainy, pixelated, or otherwise obscured images will be declined. I also do not work with exclusively text-based descriptions, I require some type of imagery.Semi-customs are available if you are looking to commission a full-body for a character who may just not have a full-body reference, but otherwise has a headshot, bust, or half-body.Custom work is available only to those who have a solid idea of what they want & are looking for. Just like with reference commissions, I do not work with purely text-based descriptions. A moodboard, color palette(s), motif, ideal aesthetic(s), or a mix of any of these options must be provided prior to payment being sent.
